Only what’s needed

Signing up requires your name and consent. Email and phone are optional and are used only to coordinate the event. Email reminders are a separate choice. We do not use contact information for marketing.

Your identity is not public

Public signup pages show event details and available spaces, never participant names or contact information. Only authorized organizers can see participant details for their organizations.

No participant account

After signing up, save your private management link. Anyone with that link can manage your entry, so keep it private. If you lose it, contact your organizer; we do not provide an insecure public lookup by name or email.

Short-lived personal information

Your name, contact details, management token, and related application messages are deleted 10 days after the event ends. You can remove your entry earlier using your management link. Anonymous event capacity totals may remain.

Encrypted operational backups may retain earlier copies for up to approximately four additional days during normal daily backup operation. A restored service must apply expired-data deletion before reopening.

No directory imports or tracking

This service does not import Church membership records, use advertising, or include analytics trackers. Please do not put confidential personal information in event descriptions or instructions.

Essential security

We use essential session cookies for secure forms and administrator sign-in. Limited security and mail-routing logs help protect and operate the service; they are kept briefly. Authorized administrators sign in with Google.
